The annual wildebeest migration of herds in Kenya and Northern Tanzania is one of the most spectacular wildlife events, often referred to as the ‘Greatest Show on Earth’, The Great Wildebeest Migration is a movement of approximately 1.5 million wildebeest and zebra throughout the Serengeti and Masai Mara ecosystems. Tanzania is a safari paradise with stunning scenery, abundant wildlife, and diverse cultures.

Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro-Transfer Arusha

Arrival Kilimanjaro meet with our company representative and transfer to Arusha for overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

We leave Arusha for Tarangire National Park. This Park covering approximately 2850 square kilometers is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland and oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rains when they migrate again to good grazing areas.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Early morning breakfast then transfer to Ngorongoro crater tour with picnic lunch for a full day photographic safari then back for dinner and overnight

Day 4: Serengeti (Central)

After breakfast, transfer to the central of Serengeti via Ngorongoro area where you will have chances to experience wildlife on your way to Serengeti for great migration, then for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti (Central)

Early morning sunrise game drive with picnic breakfast and lunch with option to come back for hot lunch at the lodge, the whole idea is to experience the great migration during the calving season, then for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti Back to Arusha

Early morning sunrise game drive with picnic breakfast then transfer to Arusha. End of the tour.
